la decisione 16 gennaio 1996, no. 178, del Consiglio di Stato che respinge il ricorso 21 novembre 1995 di __________ e __________, interposto contro la decisione 2 novembre 1995 del municipio di __________, con la quale si accertava che i lavori di riattazione eseguiti nell'appartamento di proprietà di __________ e __________, non necessitavano di una procedura autorizzativa e non ricorrevano pertanto gli estremi per intervenire, a salvaguardia della pubblica quiete e della salute pubblica;
preso atto che con dichiarazione 12 marzo 1996 i ricorrenti hanno comunicato di ritirare il ricorso a condizione che lo Stato rinunci alla tassa di giustizia applicata a loro carico;
ritenuto l'accordo del Consiglio di Stato;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
