preso atto che le parti hanno comunicato di aver trovato una soluzione transattiva e di conseguenza chiedono congiuntamente lo stralcio della procedura senza spese compensate le ripetibili;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
