la decisione 16 dicembre 1994 (no. 211/94) con cui il Dipartimento delle istituzioni ha respinto l'istanza 22 novembre 1994 presentata dall'insorgente intesa ad ottenere una proroga dell'orario di chiusura fino alle ore 04.00 per quattro sere settimanali, nonché l'apertura dalle ore 15.00 alle ore 18.00 nei giorni festivi;
preso atto che in occasione dell’udienza 7 giugno 1995, il Dipartimento delle istituzioni, Ufficio dei permessi e dei passaporti, sentito il preavviso, ora favorevole, del municipio di __________, tenuto conto della prossima entrata in vigore della nuova LEP e su proposta del Giudice delegato, dichiara di aderire al ricorso succitato;
ritenuto che la __________ rinuncia ad un'indennità per ripetibili;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito,
decreta:
§. Di conseguenza è annullata la decisione 16 dicembre 1994 (n. 211/94) del Dipartimento delle istituzioni, Ufficio dei permessi e dei passaporti.
