con scritto 21 novembre 2003 __________ si è aggravata al TCA lamentando procedure di incasso forzato da parte del suo assicuratore malattie per premi non precisati, osservando di avere soluto i suoi obblighi sino alla fine del corrente anno;
richiamato il decreto di completazione del 25 novembre 2003 del giudice delegato e vista la comunicazione 3 dicembre 2003 del patrocinatore incaricato pendente causa dall'assicurata con cui l'impugnativa viene tolta (cfr. Doc. _ e Doc. _);
letti ed esaminati gli atti;
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
