richiamata l'ordinanza 28 febbraio 2005 con la quale il Tribunale ha assegnato alla parte convenuta il termine di rito per presentare la risposta (II);
visto lo scritto 13 aprile 2005 in cui parte convenuta dichiara di aver provveduto al pagamento dell'importo fatto valere in petizione tramite versamento all'UEF di __________, producendo il relativo documento giustificativo (X+bis);
richiamato lo scritto 19 aprile 2005 con cui parte attrice, preso atto dell'avvenuto versamento, ha dichiarato di ritenere il caso "liquidato" (XIII);
rilevato che la causa è di conseguenza divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
