The appellant withdrew the appeal against the 24 September 2001 decision of the Cantonal Compensation Fund concerning supplementary benefits. richiamata l'ordinanza 25 ottobre 2001 con la quale il Tribunale ha assegnato alla parte convenuta il termine di rito per presentare la risposta;
vista la lettera 12 febbraio 2002 della parte ricorrente che comunica il ritiro del ricorso (cfr. Doc. _);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
