The claimant appealed a 14 May 2001 decision of the Cantonal Compensation Fund concerning supplementary benefits. viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
