Until transmission of its response, the administrative authority may reassess the contested decision and issue a new decision replacing the impugned one. If, as a result, the appellant accepts the new decision and withdraws the appeal, the proceedings become devoid of object and are to be struck from the roll; no court fees or costs are to be levied where the court so orders in the circumstances (consid. 1-2).

la decisione del 1.1.01 emanata da

Cassa cant. di compensazione, 6501 Bellinzona 1 Caselle,

in materia di prestazioni complementari

letti ed esaminati gli atti;

visto in particolare lo scritto della parte convenuta che precisa di aver emesso in data 25.1.01 una nuova decisione con la quale vengono integralmente accolte le conclusioni dell'atto di ricorso e viene annullata la precedente decisione qui impugnata;

ricordato che, ai sensi dell'art. 3/a cpv. 1 della Legge di procedura per i ricorsi al Tribunale cantonale delle assicurazioni in materia di assicurazioni sociali, l'Autorità amministrativa può, fino all'invio della sua risposta, riesaminare la decisione impugnata;

ritenuto che anche la ricorrente, con scritto 2.2.01, ha comunicato il ritiro del ricorso aderendo alla nuova decisione della Cassa (cfr. doc. _)

rilevato che di conseguenza il gravame è divenuto privo di oggetto;

decreta 1. il ricorso di cui sopra è stralciato dai ruoli;

  1. non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;

intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
