Ufficio assicurazione invalidità, 6501 Bellinzona 1 Caselle,
in materia di assicurazione federale per l'invalidità
letti ed esaminati gli atti;
richiamata l'ordinanza 29 ottobre 2001 con la quale è stato assegnato alla parte convenuta il termine di rito per presentare la risposta di causa (cfr. Doc. _);
vista la lettera del 3 dicembre 2001 dell'avv. __________ al Tribunale del seguente tenore:
" Richiamata l'ordinanza 26 novembre 2001 e risposta dell'Ufficio dell'assicurazione invalidità 22 novembre 2001.
A nome e per conto della signora __________ ritiro il ricorso in oggetto perché:
l'ufficio dell'assicurazione invalidità farà subito nuovi accertamenti;
l'ufficio dell'assicurazione invalidità emetterà nuovamente una nuova decisione.
Vista la posizione dell'ufficio dell'assicurazione invalidità chiedo per cortesia che mi siano riconosciute adeguate ripetibili." (cfr. Doc. _);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:
l'Ufficio assicurazione invalidità verserà alla parte ricorrente fr. 800.- a titolo di ripetibili, con il che diviene priva di oggetto l'istanza di assistenza giudiziaria;
