la decisione del 10 aprile 2001 emanata da
Ufficio assicurazione invalidità, 6501 Bellinzona 1 Caselle,
in materia di assicurazione federale per l'invalidità
letti ed esaminati gli atti;
richiamata l'ordinanza 9 maggio 2001 con la quale è stato assegnato alla parte convenuta il termine di rito per presentare la risposta di causa (cfr. Doc. _);
vista la lettera del 3 dicembre 2001 di __________ al Tribunale del seguente tenore:
" In risposta al vostro scritto del 26.11.2001 incarto n° __________, considerando la disponibilità dell'Ufficio AI a riesaminare il mio caso, dichiaro di ritirare il ricorso da me inoltrato il 02.05.2001.
Attendo che appena saranno trasmessi gli atti all'Ufficio AI si provvederà sollecitamente a disporre i nuovi accertamenti." (cfr. Doc. _);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli:
non si prelevano né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
