in materia di assicurazione federale per l'invalidità
letti ed esaminati gli atti;
vista la lettera 27 aprile 2001 della parte convenuta che precisa di aver ritenuto opportuno annullare la decisione qui impugnata (cfr. Doc. _);
richiamata lo scritto 11 giugno 2001 dell'avv. __________ del seguente tenore:
" Faccio riferimento alla proposta 27 aprile u.s. dell'UAI e alla vostra comunicazione del 02 maggio u.s. e con la presente vi comunico di aderire alla richiesta dell'Ufficio AI.
Pertanto vi comunico di ritirare il ricorso, chiedendo nel contempo lo stralcio della procedura e l'assegnazione di adeguate ripetibili." (cfr. Doc. _);
rilevato che di conseguenza il gravame è divenuto privo di oggetto;
decreta 1. il ricorso di cui sopra è stralciato dai ruoli;
l'Ufficio assicurazione invalidità verserà alla parte ricorrente fr. 500.- a titolo di ripetibili;
