14 novembre 2003, sfociate in un globale e definitivo componimento bonale
dell’intera fattispecie
decreta: 1. Il ricorso 21 febbraio 2003 inoltrato da RI 1 è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese relative al presente giudizio.
