con la quale chiede di poter riscattare con il lavoro la multa di fr. 600.- inflitta con DA / del __________ __________ 2003 del Procuratore pubblico Antonio Perugini;
preso atto dei motivi posti a fondamento dell'istanza, della volontà e disponibilità espressa dall'interessato e del fatto che nel cantone di domicilio la possibilità di riscattare una multa con il lavoro di utilità pubblica è data;
visto che con decisione __________ __________ 2003 il Cantone Ticino è stato autorizzato dal Dipartimento federale di giustizia e polizia ad introdurre il lavoro di utilità pubblica come alternativa per l'esecuzione delle pene privative della libertà di una durata massima di tre mesi;
ritenuto che la multa di fr. 600.-, in caso di commutazione in arresto, corrisponderebbe ad una pena di 20 giorni di arresto;
rilevato che nel trasmettere l'istanza il Procuratore pubblico non si è opposto alla stessa;
richiamati l'art. 3a OCP3 e per analogia l'art. 347 CPP,
decreta 1. A __________ __________ è concesso di riscattare la multa di fr. 600.- inflitta con DA / del __________ __________ 2003 del Procuratore pubblico Antonio Perugini con il lavoro di utilità pubblica.
La Sezione esecuzione pene e misure è incaricata dell'esecuzione di questo decreto e ne fissa le modalità in accordo con la competente autorità del cantone di domicilio.
Non si prelevano né tasse né spese.
