The President of the Pretura penale in Bellinzona dealt with an execution matter concerning an unpaid fine of CHF 300 imposed in 2001. considerato pertanto che occorre procedere alla commutazione della multa inflitta, in ragione di un giorno di arresto ogni fr. 30.-- di multa, ma al massimo novanta giorni;

pronuncia 1. L'istanza del IS0 di commutazione della multa in arresto è accolta.
