The complainant challenged the conduct of the Mendrisio debt enforcement office in mortgage enforcement proceedings. After the president had already refused suspensive effect, the complainant withdrew the complaint. The supervisory chamber therefore found the matter moot and struck the complaint from the docket. It also ordered that no costs be charged and no indemnities be awarded.

DECRETA:
