The president of the bankruptcy chamber of the Ticino Court of Appeal dealt with an appeal against a 10 July 2003 Lugano district court decision and a request for suspensive effect. la decisione 10 luglio 2003 del Pretore del Distretto di Lugano, sezione 5 nella procedura promossa da
vista la domanda di effetto sospensivo contenuta nell’appello
richiamati gli art. 174 e 170 LEF
decreta 1. Al ricorso è accordato effetto sospensivo parziale.
L’Ufficio fallimenti del Distretto di Lugano, via al Fiume 7, 6962 Viganello, allestirà l’inventario dei beni e provvederà all’annotazione della restrizione della facoltà di disporre dei beni immobili dell’appellante.
