The Second Civil Chamber of the Ticino Court of Appeal decided on the appellant’s request for suspensive effect in an appeal against a 24 June 2003 decision in a special wage proceeding. decreta 1. All’appello 7 luglio 2003 di cui sopra, è accordato effetto sospensivo.
Comunicazione alla Pretura della giurisdizione di Mendrisio nord.
