interposta al decreto d'accusa n. DA 937/2004 di data 18 marzo 2004 del AINQ 1
preso atto del ritiro della suddetta opposizione con dichiarazione resa durante il dibattimento del 1. dicembre 2004;
visti gli art. 210 e 211 CPP,
decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli e il decreto d'accusa diventa esecutivo.
L'incarto è ritornato al AINQ 1 per quanto di sua competenza.
Non si prelevano né tasse né spese per la presente decisione.
