After a criminal complaint had been opposed to a decree of accusation, the parties reached a settlement on 2004-04-23 before the judge of the Pretura penale. considerato che in data 23 aprile 2004 le parti, con la mediazione dello scrivente Giudice, sono addivenute ad un accordo transattivo che ha comportato, fra l’altro, il ritiro della querela penale 21 febbraio 2003;
in applicazione dell’art. 31 CPS;
decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli.
§ L'incarto è ritornato al per quanto di sua competenza.
La tassa di giustizia in Fr. 20.- (venti) e le spese per complessivi Fr. 30.- (trenta) sono a carico del querelato.
