siccome

ritenuta colpevole di ricettazione;

fatti avvenuti dal 22.11.1999 al 24.11.1999 a Lugano;

reato previsto dall' art. 160 cifra 1 cpv. 1 CP;

e meglio come al decreto d’accusa n. DAC 373/2002 di data 28 maggio 2002 del AINQ 1

ritenuto che la procedura in esame deve essere congiunta con altra procedura pendente presso il Tribunale penale cantonale;

che il presente procedimento deve perciò essere stralciato dai ruoli;

pronuncia: 1. Il procedimento penale promosso con DAC 373/2002 contro ACCU 1 è stralciato dai ruoli.

  1. L'incarto è trasmesso per competenza al Tribunale penale cantonale.
