Zusammenfassung

The defendant withdrew his objection to a penalty decree during the hearing before the Pretura penale in Bellinzona. The single judge, Marco Ambrosini, therefore struck the proceedings from the roll and held the penalty decree enforceable. The court also decided that no court fees or costs would be levied. The file was returned to the public prosecutor for any further action within his competence.
