In a direct civil appeal, the appellant withdrew the case by written statement of 17 November 2003. Svoltosi lo scambio degli allegati scritti, l'istruttoria ed avendo le parti rinunciato al dibattimento finale dopo aver presentato i rispettivi allegati conclusionali.
Ed ora sullo stralcio della causa, avendo la parte attrice, con scritto 17 novembre 2003, dichiarato di ritirarla.
Dovendosi assegnare alle controparti un'equa indennità per ripetibili.
Visti, per le spese, gli art. 147 e seg. CPC e la vigente TG
decreta
La causa inc. no. __________ promossa direttamente in appello da __________, con petizione 10 dicembre 1996, contro __________ Ltd. e __________ SA è stralciata dai ruoli per desistenza.
La tassa di giudizio di Fr. 500.- e le spese di Fr. 430.-, già anticipate dalla parte attrice, rimangono a suo carico con l'obbligo di rifondere alle convenute, in solido, Fr. 20'000.- per ripetibili.
