The appellant, injured in a whiplash-like accident causing a C4-C5 cervical sprain, claimed persistent cervical pain, nausea, and dizziness, together with an integrity impairment award and disability benefits. The court accepted adequate causation between the accident and the cervical complaints. However, it did not confirm the assessed 10% impairment and 20% disability levels. It therefore sent the case back to the respondent for a new decision after further medical and economic investigation.
