Résumé

Remboursement de traitements différents sous l'angle de l'assurance-maladie. Prise en charge par la caisse de prestations en principe non assurées. Condition de la connexité de l'ensemble des traitements et de la prédominance des traitements assurés. Pour déterminer l'étendue de la prise en charge des frais liés à une hospitalisation en cas de concours de mesures appartenant aux prestations obligatoires et de mesures sans obligation de prise en charge, il importe de déterminer si ces mesures sont dans un rapport étroit de connexité les unes avec les autres. Cas échéant et lorsque la prestation obligatoire prédomine, l'ensemble des mesures est à la charge de la caisse (ATF 112 V 352). Tel est le cas d'une hospitalisation motivée tant par des troubles physiques que par des troubles dus à l'état dépressif et à l'alcoolisme de l'assuré, dès lors que le traitement des problèmes physiques, lesquels sont à la charge de la caisse, ont occupé une place prépondérante par rapport au traitement de l'état dépressif et de l'alcoolisme.
