Zusammenfassung

The Criminal Chamber of the Federal Criminal Court refused A.'s request for an abbreviated procedure in a criminal case concerning document falsification, aggravated money laundering, and deficient diligence in financial operations. The court ordered the file remitted to the Federal Prosecutor of the Confederation so that the matter proceed in the ordinary pre-trial procedure. The decree also ordered notification to the parties.
