The appellant withdrew the administrative appeal against the judgment of the Commission fédérale de recours en matière d'AVS/AI pour les personnes résidant à l'étranger. que par lettre du 7 novembre 2006, le recourant a retiré le recours de droit administratif qu'il avait interjeté le 17 octobre 2006 contre le jugement rendu le 15 septembre 2006 par la Commission fédérale de recours en matière d'AVS/AI pour les personnes résidant à l'étranger,
par ce motif, le Tribunal fédéral des assurances décide :

La cause I 912/06 est rayée du rôle ensuite du retrait du recours.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais de justice.
3.
La présente décision sera communiquée aux parties, à la Commission fédérale de recours en matière d'AVS/AI pour les personnes résidant à l'étranger et à l'Office fédéral des assurances sociales.
