Nachdem die Beschwerdeführerin die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde vom 5./8. Juli 2004 gegen den Entscheid des Kantonsgerichts Basel-Landschaft, Abteilung Sozialversicherungsrecht, vom 24. Mai 2004 mit Schreiben vom 10. Februar 2005 zurückgezogen hat,
beschliesst das Eidg. Versicherungsgericht:

Die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde wird als durch Rückzug erledigt vom Geschäftsverzeichnis abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Der geleistete Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 700.- wird der Beschwerdeführerin zurückerstattet.
4.
Dieser Entscheid wird den Parteien, dem Kantonsgericht Basel-Landschaft, Abteilung Sozialversicherungsrecht, und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherung zugestellt.

The appeal was removed from the docket because the appellant withdrew it.
Once the withdrawal letter of 10 February 2005 was filed, the proceedings became moot and were discontinued without a merits decision.
