considerando:
che il ricorso non è stato depositato entro il termine di 30 giorni prescritto dall'art. 100 cpv. 1 LTF e scaduto - in applicazione degli art. 44-48 LTF - il 2 aprile 2009,
che, statuendo secondo la procedura semplificata di cui all'art. 108 cpv. lett. a LTF, il ricorso dev'essere di conseguenza dichiarato irricevibile,
che in applicazione dell'art. 66 cpv. 1 seconda frase LTF si prescinde dal prelievo di spese giudiziarie,
per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:

Il ricorso è inammissibile.
2.
Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.
3.
Comunicazione alle parti, al Tribunale amministrativo federale,
Corte III, e all'Ufficio federale delle assicurazioni sociali.
