The President of the Second Social Law Court therefore ordered the case struck from the docket under the applicable procedural provisions. He also waived judicial costs. The order was to be communicated to the parties, the cantonal court, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.

Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
