The Federal Supreme Court noted the Federal Office of Social Insurance's withdrawal of its appeal against the Fribourg cantonal social-insurance judgment. par ces motifs, le Président ordonne:

La cause est radiée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties, à la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal cantonal fribourgeois et au Tribunal civil de l'arrondissement de la Gruyère.
