In a disability insurance appeal, the appellant withdrew the federal appeal against the Vaud cantonal social insurance judgment. The Federal Supreme Court, sitting as a single judge, therefore removed the case from the docket and decided not to levy judicial costs. The order was communicated to the parties, the cantonal court, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.
Art. 32 al. 2 et 71 LTF; art. 73 al. 1 PCF: withdrawal of the appeal entails striking the cause from the docket. The Federal Supreme Court orders discontinuance without examining the merits once the appeal is validly withdrawn. Under Art. 66 al. 2 LTF, judicial costs may be waived, in particular where the procedural termination justifies a cost-free disposition (consid. 1).

qu'il se justifie de statuer sans frais judiciaires (art. 66 al. 2 LTF),
par ces motifs, le Juge unique ordonne:

La cause est radiée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties, à la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal cantonal vaudois et à l'Office fédéral des assurances sociales.
