The Federal Supreme Court, acting through the presidency of the social-law division, took note of the withdrawal, discontinued the proceedings, and imposed court costs of CHF 200 on the appellant. The order was notified to the parties, the insured person, the cantonal administrative court, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.

in Anwendung von Art. 65 f. BGG als Instruktionsrichter im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Versicherten, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Bern, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung, und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen zugestellt.

Upon receipt of the withdrawal letter, the court applied the Federal Supreme Court Act provisions governing withdrawal and summary procedural disposition.

Court costs of CHF 200 were imposed on the appellant.
As a consequence of the withdrawal, the costs were allocated to the withdrawing appellant.
