The appellant withdrew her appeal against a judgment of the Federal Administrative Court in an disability insurance case. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the matter from the docket. It also ordered that no judicial costs be levied, applying the costs provision of the LTF.

Bei Rückzug rechtfertigt sich gestützt auf Art. 66 al. 2 LTF der Verzicht auf Gerichtskosten. Der bundesgerichtliche Präsident kann darüber im vereinfachten Verfahren durch Ordnung verfügen.
