The appellant withdrew his appeal against the judgment of the Federal Administrative Court, Court III, in an invalidity-insurance matter. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the case from the docket. It also ordered that no judicial fees be levied.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF in connection with Art. 71 LTF and Art. 73 al. 1 PCF; withdrawal of the appeal. Upon valid withdrawal of a federal appeal, the proceedings are discontinued and the cause is struck from the docket without a merits decision. Under Art. 66 al. 2 LTF, the Court may dispense with judicial costs when the circumstances so justify.
