ricorso contro il giudizio del Tribunale delle assicurazioni del Cantone Ticino del 3 ottobre 2007.
Considerando:
che F.________ ha presentato ricorso contro il giudizio 3 ottobre 2007 del Tribunale delle assicurazioni del Cantone Ticino;
che per decreto 6 novembre 2007 la I Corte di diritto sociale del Tribunale federale ha assegnato all'interessato un primo termine per prestare un anticipo di fr. 500.- a titolo di garanzia per le spese giudiziarie presunte;
che mediante decreto 5 dicembre 2007 questa Corte ha assegnato al ricorrente un termine suppletorio, scadente il 17 dicembre 2007, per versare l'anticipo richiesto avvertendolo che in caso di omissione il ricorso sarebbe stato dichiarato inammissibile;
che l'insorgente non ha versato l'anticipo spese nei termini assegnati;
che, statuendo secondo la procedura semplificata di cui all'art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. a e cpv. 2 LTF, il ricorso dev'essere di conseguenza dichiarato irricevibile conformemente a quanto previsto dall'art. 62 cpv. 3 LTF;
che nonostante la procedura sia di principio onerosa, viste le circostanze non si prelevano spese giudiziarie (art. 66 cpv. 1 in fine LTF);
per questi motivi, il Giudice unico pronuncia:

Il ricorso è inammissibile.
2.
Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.
3.
Comunicazione alle parti, al Tribunale delle assicurazioni del Cantone Ticino, alla Unia Cassa Disoccupazione e alla Segreteria di Stato dell'economia.
