The hospital withdrew its appeal against the Neuchâtel cantonal public-law judgment of 4 December 2012. The Federal Supreme Court, sitting with a single judge, therefore struck the case from the docket. It further ordered that no judicial costs be charged. qu'il se justifie en appliquant l'art. 66 al. 2 LTF de statuer sans frais judiciaires,
par ces motifs, le Juge unique ordonne:

La cause est radiée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
