The applicant withdrew his request for interpretation and rectification of Federal Supreme Court judgment 6B_587/2012. The Criminal Law Court took note of the withdrawal, struck the case from the docket under Art. 32(2) LTF, and ordered that no judicial fees be charged. The order was communicated to the parties and to the Cantonal Court of Appeal in Vaud.

Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour d'appel pénale du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.

The court took note of the withdrawal and struck the case from the docket.
Because the applicant expressly withdrew the request, the court entered no further examination and removed the matter from the roll under Art. 32(2) LTF.

No judicial fees were charged.
Following the withdrawal and striking off, the court ordered the proceedings to be cost-free.
