Zusammenfassung

The criminal law chamber of the Federal Supreme Court took note of the appellants' withdrawal of their appeal against the Vaud cantonal non-suit order. The court therefore struck the case off the docket pursuant to Art. 32(2) LTF and ordered that no judicial costs be levied. The order was issued by President Favre, with clerk Oulevey.

Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of the appeal; striking the case off the docket and costs. When the appellant withdraws the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court takes formal note of the withdrawal and removes the case from the docket. In the absence of a contrary statutory basis or special circumstances, no judicial costs are charged in such a procedural termination (consid. 1).

recours contre l'arrêt du Tribunal d'accusation du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud du 23 juillet 2009.

Considérant:
que, par lettre de leur mandataire du 5 novembre 2009, les recourants désignés ci-dessus ont déclaré retirer le recours qu'ils ont interjeté contre l'arrêt rendu le 23 juillet 2009 par le Tribunal d'accusation du canton de Vaud dans la cause PE08.002419,

qu'il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF), sans frais.

Par ces motifs, le Président ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle.

2.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.

3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal d'accusation du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.
