qu'il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF), sans frais.
Par ces motifs, le Président ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle.

Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal d'accusation du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.

The withdrawal was noted and the case was struck from the roll.
Once the appellant declared withdrawal by letter, there was no need to decide the merits; the court removed the matter from the docket under Art. 32 para. 2 LTF.
