Der Beschwerdeführer wurde mit Verfügung vom 4. Januar 2010 in Anwendung von Art. 42 Abs. 5 BGG aufgefordert, den fehlenden angefochtenen Entscheid spätestens am 14. Januar 2010 nachzureichen, ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe. Er hat sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Androhungsgemäss ist auf die Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Ausnahmsweise kann auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden.

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
