qu'il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF), sans frais.
Par ces motifs, le Président ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle.
2.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Chambre d'accusation du Tribunal cantonal du canton du Jura.

Effect of withdrawal of the appeal
The withdrawal was acknowledged and the case was removed from the docket.
Once the appellant declared withdrawal by letter, the court took note of it and ordered the case struck from the roll under Art. 32(2) LTF.
Court costs after withdrawal
No judicial costs were levied.
Because the appeal was withdrawn, the court ordered the matter removed from the docket without costs.
