Omnilex-Zusammenfassung

The appellant lodged a criminal appeal to the Federal Supreme Court without enclosing the challenged decision, even though he had been expressly warned that this document had to be filed. The Criminal Law Court therefore held the appeal inadmissible under the Federal Supreme Court Act. In view of the circumstances, the court exceptionally waived judicial costs.

Omnilex-Regeste

Art. 42 al. 3 et 5 LTF; art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF; inadmissibility for failure to append the challenged decision despite prior warning. A recourse to the Federal Supreme Court must be accompanied by the decision attacked; if the appellant fails to cure this defect within the set time limit after being warned, the court does not enter into the matter. The defect concerns a formal admissibility requirement and is sanctioned ex officio. Costs may exceptionally be waived under art. 66 al. 1 LTF.

Objet
Inconnu,

Recours contre une décision inconnue.

Considérant en fait et en droit:

1.
