Considérant en fait et en droit :

Aux termes de l'art. 100 al. 1 LTF, le recours contre une décision doit être déposé devant le Tribunal fédéral dans les trente jours qui suivent la notification de l'expédition complète. En l'espèce, la recourante a reçu notification de l'arrêt attaqué en juin 2013, de sorte que posté le 15 mai 2014, le présent recours est tardif et irrecevable. Il peut être écarté en application de l'art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF.

L'arrêt est exceptionnellement rendu sans frais (art. 66 al. 1 LTF).

Par ces motifs, le Président prononce :

Le recours est irrecevable.

Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.

Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et à la Cour de justice de la République et canton de Genève, Chambre pénale de recours.
