La cause est rayée du rôle.

Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.

La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud, Chambre des recours pénale.

The Court noted the withdrawal and struck the case from the docket.
Once the appellant declared withdrawal by letter, there was no need to decide the merits; the case had to be removed from the docket under Art. 32(2) LTF.
