Beschwerde gegen den Beschluss des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, vom 17. April 2008.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich dagegen, dass eine Strafuntersuchung wegen falscher Anschuldigung eingestellt wurde. Die Beschwerdeführerin ist indessen nicht Privatstrafklägerin im Sinne von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 4 BGG, da die Staatsanwaltschaft am kantonalen Verfahren beteiligt war. Sie ist nicht Opfer im Sinne von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 5 BGG, da sie durch die angeblichen falschen Anschuldigungen nicht in ihrer körperlichen oder psychischen Integrität unmittelbar beeinträchtigt wurde (Art. 2 Abs. 1 OHG). Und schliesslich geht es nicht um das Strafantragsrecht als solches (Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 6 BGG). Als Geschädigte ist sie zur Beschwerde nicht legitimiert (BGE 133 IV 228). Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Den Beschwerdegegnern ist keine Entschädigung auszurichten, weil sie vor Bundesgericht keine Umtriebe hatten.

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
