Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Soweit sich die Beschwerde mit dem Urteil des Obergerichts des Kantons Aargau vom 16. September 2010 befasst, ist darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten, weil sich das Bundesgericht mit diesem Urteil bereits in seinem Entscheid 6B_881/2010 vom 28. Oktober 2010 befasst hat. Darauf ist nicht zurückzukommen.

Soweit sich die Beschwerde gegen das Urteil des Obergerichts vom 28. Oktober 2010 richtet, ist darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten, weil sich daraus nicht ergibt, inwieweit das angefochtene Urteil gegen das schweizerische Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG verstossen könnte. Um was es in der früheren, angeblich nicht behandelten Beschwerde vom Juli 2010 geht, ist der Beschwerde nicht zu entnehmen.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das nachträglich gestellte Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 BGG abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren aussichtslos erschienen.
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
3.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Strafgericht, 1. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
