X. filed a constitutional appeal against a Geneva Court of Justice judgment concerning definitive lifting of opposition in several debt-enforcement cases brought by the State of Geneva. Repetitive abusive submissions may be sanctioned under Art. 42 al. 7 LTF by leaving them unanswered and filing them away.

Vu:
le recours [constitutionnel] de X.________ du 9 février 2010 dirigé contre un arrêt rejetant ses appels contre des jugements de mainlevée d'opposition rendus dans le cadre de diverses poursuites exercées contre lui par l'Etat de Genève;
la déclaration du conseil légal coopérant du recourant du 18 février 2010, refusant son concours au sens de l'art. 395 al. 1 ch. 1 CC;
considérant:
que ce refus entraîne l'irrecevabilité du recours;
qu'il convient de renoncer à la perception de frais judiciaires en l'espèce (art. 66 al. 1, seconde phrase, LTF);
que cela étant, la demande d'assistance judiciaire présentée par le recourant devient sans objet;
que son mémoire constituant, une fois de plus, un procédé abusif au sens de l'art. 42 al. 7 LTF, le recourant est avisé que tout nouvel acte du même style dans cette affaire - demande de révision abusive en particulier - demeurera sans réponse et sera classé purement et simplement;
par ces motifs, vu l'art. 108 al. 1 LTF, la Présidente prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires.
3.
La demande d'assistance judiciaire du recourant est sans objet.
4.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties, à la 1ère Section de la Cour de justice et au Service des tutelles d'adultes du canton de Genève.

Admissibility of the constitutional appeal after counsel refused to proceed
The appeal is inadmissible because the appellant's cooperating counsel refused assistance under Art. 395(1)(1) CC.
The refusal of counsel entails inadmissibility; the court therefore does not examine the merits.
Judicial costs
No judicial costs are levied.
The court exercises its discretion to waive costs in the circumstances.
Legal aid request
The request for legal aid is moot.
Because no costs are charged, the legal-aid request no longer has a предмет of adjudication.
Warning regarding abusive filings
The appellant is warned that any further abusive filing in the matter will be left unanswered and filed without response.
The memorandum is again abusive within the meaning of Art. 42(7) LTF.
