La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

Un émolument judiciaire de 400 fr. est mis à la charge de la recourante.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal civil de l'arrondissement de Lausanne.

Whether the withdrawn appeal should be struck from the docket
The Court took note of the withdrawal and struck the case from the docket.
Once the appeal was withdrawn, there was no need for a merits ruling; the proceedings had to be terminated accordingly.
Allocation of the court fee after withdrawal
The judicial fee was charged to the appellant.
Under Art. 66(1) LTF, the costs follow the withdrawal and are borne by the withdrawing party.
Whether the respondent should be awarded costs
No party costs were awarded to the respondent.
The respondent filed observations spontaneously and was not invited by the Federal Supreme Court, so no compensatory costs were due.
