Vu:
le recours en matière civile de X.________ du 5 novembre 2012;
le courrier du 29 avril 2013 par lequel la recourante a indiqué à la Cour de céans que, l'intimé s'étant acquitté des arriérés de pensions faisant l'objet du commandement de payer no xxx, la poursuite avait été annulée et que la procédure de mainlevée était ainsi devenue " caduque ", de même que le présent recours en matière civile;
la lettre du 1er mai 2013 invitant la recourante à déposer une déclaration formelle de retrait du recours dans le délai - non susceptible de prolongation - de cinq jours dès la notification de la présente, à défaut de quoi le recours serait déclaré sans objet, sous suite de frais plus élevés;
la déclaration de retrait du recours du 2 mai 2013;
considérant:
qu'il convient de prendre acte du retrait du recours et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 73 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF);
que le juge instructeur est compétent pour statuer à cet effet (art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
que les frais judiciaires - qui incombent à la recourante (art. 66 al. 1 LTF) - doivent être fixés en tenant compte de l'activité déployée jusqu'à ce jour par la Cour de céans (art. 65 LTF);
que, en l'espèce, le retrait est intervenu avant que le juge instructeur ne se saisisse de l'affaire;
par ces motifs, le Juge instructeur ordonne:

Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et la cause est rayée du rôle.
2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge de la recourante.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour des poursuites et faillites du Tribunal cantonal vaudois.
