qu'il n'y a pas lieu d'allouer des dépens (art. 68 al. 3 LTF);
par ces motifs, la Juge présidante ordonne:

Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et la cause est rayée du rôle.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 500 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.

La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux participants à la procédure et à la Commission de surveillance des offices des poursuites et des faillites du canton de Genève.

Whether to take note of the withdrawal of the appeal and strike the case from the docket
The Court took note of the withdrawal and ordered the case struck from the docket.
Following the appellant's withdrawal declaration, the Federal Court had to take note of the withdrawal and remove the matter from the register.
